This contemporary home, built by D&S Construction, comes to life when adding in the natural beauty of reclaimed wood! The massive hand hewn White Oak beams in the kitchen not only provide a sense of structure but also add an inherit warmth to this clean and open space. The hand hewn beams are used as accents throughout the home as seen in the bedroom and fireplace place mantel – complete with corbels custom cut from beams and then weathered to match. The real highlight of this space is the reclaimed timber range hood in the kitchen. This piece is custom designed and built by Tuscarora using reclaimed White Oak.
